Julie Wojtylko is a life-long resident of Romulus and a 1987 graduate of Romulus High School. She has a long history working with City operations beginning in High School as a co-op student in the Human Resources Department and moving on through the Planning & Building Departments and finally into Mayor's Office overseeing resident requests and daily operations. These experiences gave her a strong foundation for the role of Chief of Staff.

The Chief of Staff serves as the "integrator" for city operations by leading, managing and holding people accountable under the direction of the Mayor and his vision. In this role, Mrs. Wojtylko also helps facilitate resident requests that may not have been completed at the Department level.
