Brownfield Development Authority

The Brownfield Development Authority facilitates the implementation of brownfield plans, creates brownfield redevelopment zones, promotes revitalization, redevelopment and reuse of certain properties and other duties as prescribed by Act 381, the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan. The Romulus Brownfield Development Authority Board was established on July 13, 2015 by Resolution #15-253. The Board may be comprised of five (5) to nine (9) people and serve for a term of three (3) years.

Meetings are only on an as-needed basis.
