Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

To Request A Public Record –

No specific form to submit a request for a public record is required. However the FOIA Coordinator may make available a FOIA Request Form for use by the public. (See FOIA Policy & Procedures for instructions

Written requests for public records may be submitted in person or by mail to any City offices indicated below. Requests may also be submitted electronically by fax and email. Upon their receipt, requests for public records shall be promptly forwarded to the FOIA Coordinator for processing.
